Mid-Century., 1960's architectural milk glass wall mounted sconces by Sergio Asti. Sergio Asti, born in Milan in 1926, opened his own office in 1953. His diverse portfolio includes designs for architecture, furniture, lighting, and glass. In 1957, he won the gold medal at the Triennale in Milan, and in 1962, he received the Compasso d'Oro for a Salviati glass ('Marco'). This light, a design that was made for renowned Dutch lighting manufacturer Raak when Asti was part of its design team, a highlight in his body of work. One of the sconces has a different mount., one has a small crack in the glass. Other than that these are in good original condition. Sold individually.
