Mid-Century Dutch Ceramic Table Lamp with Upper and Lower Bulbs

Mid-Century Dutch ceramic table lamp with newer linen shade and two sockets. The lamp has decorative circle cut outs on the base to give off light from the lower bulb, one switch to control both bulbs. The base is in original condition with visible wear and signs of a repaired hairline crack Wear is consistent with its age and use.
