Gastone Rinaldi “Pan Am” Chair for RIMA Italy

This chromed steel chair was designed at the request of the airline Pan Am by Gastone Rinaldi. It features a tubular chrome frame that emulates the lines of the Pan Am logo. The cushion is newly reupholstered in grey velour. This combination of materials creates a luxurious design and the deep, round shells make them very comfortable. It's in original condition with visible wear and patina to the chrome including some pitting and may have some chrome loss, Wear is consistent with its age and use.
