Mid-Century 'Ringo' loveseat designed by Gerard van den Berg for Montis. Soft form sofa with thick, luxurious leather. Manufactured by Montis and designed by the company's co-founder Gerard van den Berg. A visually elegant and timeless piece of furniture, described by Van Den Berg as being "comfortable and inviting. Those who sit do not want to stand up". Using an almost simple form as a starting point the Dutch designer created an absolute highlight in his already stellar body of work. It is in original condition with visible wear including scratching and some discoloration. Currently fabric covering the bottom is absent. Wear is consistent with its age and use.
