1970s Swedish Round Pedestal Table with Embossed Copper & Iron Base

Striking 1970s Swedish pedestal dining table. Features a round, embossed copper top with warm patina, atop a lighter wood core, visible wood edge, and white laminate underside. Sculptural, ornate cast iron tulip base has hobnail details, a large circular motif, and an almost Brutalist character. Similar aesthetics to the Ilmari Tapiovaara "Caribe" table. A 1/4" thick square plate was added under the table top by the previous owner. In original condition with visible wear consistent with its age and use.
