Striking Art Deco "Bergère lounge chair from the 1930s with by a sophisticated, streamlined silhouette. Attributed to Daniël van Dorp for the Dutch Gebroeders Reens company. Upholstered in a rich, textured green-gold velvet, the chair features swooping steam-bent wood armrests (a distinctive trait of the Bergère type) and a back with brass studded accent trim. In original condition with age appropriate signs of usage and wear.
