West German Mid-Century, Cold War-era, brown glazed ceramic wall lamp with orange and cream stripes that sits in a black wire holder on a round brown ceramic base. The light's ingenious design allows the lamp to be place in the ring for an upward or downward light. Attributed to the famed West German Scheurich ceramics company. Light takes a standard size medium bulb and is in original condition with some wear consistent with its age and use.
