Willy van der Meeren wardrobe for Tubax, Belgium, 1952. This model is the smaller of the 2 wardrobes that van der Meeren designed. Constructed with a black enameled metal frame with wood paneled sides, exaggerated tapered solid wood door pulls on light gray and black enameled metal doors. Two 15.5” storage sections. Each side is separate, one has a clothing bar, the other has enameled metal shelves. The door have been painted by it's previous owner, in otherwise original condition with visible wear such as scratches, enamel loss, possible chipping and denting. Wear is consistent with age and use. Other color ways available and listed separately.
