Attractive Mid-Century side table with a unique combination of a black glass top, black enameled metal frame and hand-woven bamboo rim. Stylish and sleek lightweight side table. Attributed to Dutch Mid-Century designer Dirk van Sliedregt, 1960s. A lot of Van Sliedregt's work from the post-war era incorporates combinations of bamboo and rattan but the marriage here with black glass makes this as unique as it is eye-catching. In original condition with wear and scratching consistent with its age and light use. Other bamboo and glass side tables also available and listed separately (T134).
