Dutch Mid-Century, 1950s, "Cleopatra" daybed by famed Dutch designer A.R. Cordemeyer for the Royal Auping company. Upholstered with all new House of Hackney printed velvet fabric (Moon Garden Velvet - Midnight). Comes with a custom, newly made mattress. The bed's frame is in original condition with some visible wear, such as enamel loss, scratches and dents, the teak ends have been lightly refinished. Wear is consistent with its age and use.
